    Shawn is the financial “quarterback” of our company, ensuring smooth and efficient financial interactions between investors, financial partners, purchasers, suppliers, and of course our team members. With over 25 years of directly related financial experience in areas such as tax, audit, risk analysis, regulation, and financial operations, Shawn’s acumen and insight is an important contributor to our ongoing financial success.

    In addition to his cross functional role in leading our acquisition, development and construction teams, Steve is responsible for business operations and ensuring that all projects in the portfolio are delivered on time, on budget and true to our vision. Steve has worked for some of the most prominent Vancouver developers over his career and been actively engaged in over 70 projects. This comprehensive “stem to stern” book of experience has provided him with valuable insight into the key drivers of success.

    As the Senior Vice-President of our Development Team, Kirk takes a lead role in identifying attractive development opportunities and overseeing their successful execution,  as well as contributing to broader areas of strategic planning for the business. In addition to his experience in the Lower Mainland, Kirk has successfully completed projects in over eleven countries across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.

    Warren is the leader of our human resources team at PC Urban, directing the recruitment, training, employee development and organizational policies that help us achieve our long-term vision. Before joining our team, Warren held HR positions at a number of real estate and development companies in the Lower Mainland and Ontario.

    Greg is a member of our project management team. He believes in working backwards from the finished product to the creation of thoughtful designs, focusing on what can be done to ensure the comfort of the end user within a built form, and to encourage their interaction and engagement within the space and immediate surroundings.

    Nadja Gehriger , CFA Director, Development & Investments

    Nadja has a dual role at PC urban, responsible for both development management for our residential projects, along with project financing throughout our portfolio. Nadja was fortunate to have grown up in the real estate world, and has also had extensive experience in corporate finance with some of the largest multi-national firms in her native Switzerland and in London.

    Doug is a senior member of our project management team, leading all aspects of project development from planning to completion, as well as mentoring more junior members of the team. With over 25 years of construction experience, Doug has worked with a number of engineering, construction, and development firms in and around the Lower Mainland.

    Al is a senior member of our project management team, specializes in residential construction. With 20+ years as a structural engineer, he brings extensive industry expertise, collaborating with engineers, developers, and contractors. Skilled in resource allocation, design oversight, procurement, and financial tracking, he ensures projects stay on budget and schedule. His leadership in negotiations and commitment to excellence drive the success of high-profile projects.
