In September 2022, PC Urban applied for rezoning advice for a 6.6 FSR development under the Broadway Plan Guidelines for the Mount Pleasant Industrial Area. The proposed development will consist of approximately 160,000 sq ft of GFA, with 50% light industrial space, 50% office space and a 3-level parkade. Additionally, the current site contains a Heritage building where the intent is to retain and incorporate the façade into the design of the new building.
PC Urban is currently working with the City to optimize design and function, and will then submit a full rezoning application.
