Environmental stewardship

We aim to reduce the environmental footprints of our buildings and our business. We review third-party environmental certification programs, and apply them based on their fit to specific projects. We provide local suppliers with an opportunity to quote on local projects. And we incentivize team members to reduce our personal carbon footprints.

Social responsibility

We believe we have responsibility to the communities in which we build. We encourage fair hiring and fair wages from our trades, our suppliers, and our client partners. We work to include affordable or social housing in all our residential buildings. And we support a number of worthy social and environmental causes.

Governance

We’re committed to honesty and transparency in everything we do. We do not tolerate questionable practices, and we expect both ourselves and our suppliers to work to the highest standards.
